Please follow the following steps to upload a document from a previous meeting.

• First, you will need to click the upload option.
• Below is a video showcasing how to upload a previous video or recorder call.

• Then you need to click in the the “Drop your files here” section. Remember this option only accepts m4a, mp3 and wav files.
• If you have another type of file that you would like to upload first you will need it to convert to the files mention before. You don’t know how to do this? click here

• Once you have a file on the format mention before ( In this example you can see a m4a file) you will need to select it.

• After you have a selected the file click in the “open” option.
